The booklet is in rough condition; some tears, ragged edges... As with a 70+ year old toy, a few parts are bent and slightly rusted. Carry case is solid but has surface rust. Blue Case Dimensions: 13" x 22" x 3" Comes with metal carrying case and 100's of metal parts / beams / pieces... plus nuts and bolts. I am not sure if this is a 100% full set...but if it is not, it is close to it... Carry case is missing one of the latches. There are no decals.
