Description: Wonderful extra puffy heart with a purple faceted stone set on the front. Back is plain with no engraving. AGE: 1940s METAL: Sterling silver CONDITION: No dings, dents or split seams. The stone is chipped on one side but looks secure in its setting. A soft patina has developed over time helping to reveal its age. HALLMARK: STERLING SIZE: 1/2” wide by 3/4” long including the suspension bale. Coin in the last photo is to help show scale.
