Description: Vintage 1940s blue sheer dress, navy velvet floral formal short sleeve midi XS STwo piece set includes sheer overlay dress and blue slip dress. They are unattached. Outer layer has velvet floral appliqués with metal-riveted rhinestone insets. Side metal zipper. Back hook-and-eye. Lining/slip has adjustable straps, side hook-and-eyes and snaps. There are a few small holes in the lining (see pic from inside). The front bodice has what looks like a few light surface specks and there's a pinhole on the front neckline. The skirt is slightly faded in a striped fashion on the front from years of hanging. Light underarm rings.Measurements: 35" bust, 25" waist, 49" length.Dress has not been laundered or spot treated.
