Description: This was made by the Metal and Plastic Industries, Detroit, Michigan. This has never been used. It can be used indoors or outdoors, it is rust proofed. All parts are included even the 13 screws needed to mount it to wooden ends. The box measures 2-1/4 by 4 by 5 inches. There is supposed to be a “folder” included, but it is not there. However, from the picture on the front of the box, it is obvious how to put it together. The box itself is a mess, but all the parts are fine. Please see the photos.
