Description: The Details 1936 Parker Vacumatic Burgundy Fountain Pen Lock Down DJP1/INV NEEDS A NEW DIAPHRAGM/SMALL RESTORATION Pen is in need of a new diaphragm, lock down functions smoothly. Cap, barrel and blind cap are free of cracks, splits, gouges, personalization's, crystalizing with a very nice sheen. Imprint is slightly worn down yet still legible. With a loupe you can see very/very minor micro scratches to the cap and barrel from pocket time etc...Barrel clarity is okay with typical ambering from age. Lock down filler HAS not been removed or checked, functions smoothly though.Trim very good also, cap rings. Pocket clip has some plating issue on one sideDouble jeweled ends are burgundy also, no chipsNIB is a two tone with plating loss. Date code of 16.
