Description: Up for sale is a gorgeous and unique pair of 1920s Genuine Tortoiseshell Eyeglasses Frames. These frames are in NOS(New Old Stock) condition, and have never been worn. These frames were made before the 1972 international ban of sea turtle shell, and were made from then legally sourced material. The frames are not marked. The frames were likely made in England and have gold filled hinges and temples. There is a gold filled cable temple cap missing on the right temple, but I'm sure a jeweler would very easily be able to remedy this problem. The frames do not have any scratches, bug bites, oxidation, breaks, cracks, or dehydration. The frames are size 40-25mm, with 155mm cable temples.
