Description: Appears to be a celluloid wrap over a tin/meter backing. 8 blotters under clips. Good condition. Little bit of a wave to the celluloid face. Slight discoloration at the corners. Ink blotters are a little frayed at the corners with light fabric loss on the middle of the bottom blotter. See pics. 8.75" long. 1.5" wide.
