The watch face is worn, and the makers name is hard to read, maker was identified by the internals of the watch. The spring on the hinge is not gold and looks to have been replaced. The watch is running and keeping time well. Solid 14K Gold is in reference to the purity level of the metal. This is Solid Gold, Not Gold Filled or Gold Plated. It is not hollow or filled in any way.
