This versatile jewelry can be used as a brooch or a pendant. It is approximately 1 3/4 inch tall and 1 1/4 inch wide. The small accent diamond is less than 1/32 carat. Gold has been tested and verified to be 14kt. See the picture of the cameo with the light shining through the back proving it is a genuine shell cameo.
