Description: 14 Kt Yellow Gold HEART Shaped Ring with Sapphires & Diamonds This ring belongs to my 84 yr old friend. She received it years ago as a gift from her husband. She has not worn in years and has asked me to sell it for her. The center sapphire stone is heart shaped. It is approx .15 carats. Around this stone is 7 small diamonds set in white gold (1 diamond is missing). The white gold is in a heart pattern as well. Surrounding these small diamonds are 19 marquis shaped sapphires totaling .75 carats. This ring is a size 5.5 and the weight is 3.8 grams. The far left prong is slightly bent so the heart is not perfectly symmetrical, easy fix. jg
