Description: Here is a very nice vintage heart pendant on a very fine chain. Pendant has four small diamonds set in the outside and what appears to be diamond dust in the center. This piece does need to be cleaned but I do not have the correct equipment. Pendant has 10 k stamped on the back. I have no history of this piece as it was an estate sale find.
