Description: 100% genuine signature of Vietnam War Medal of Honor recipient CBM James E. Williams, USN (1930-1999). Williams served with River Squadron 5 in Vietnam. He was awarded the MOH for valor during a battle on the Mekong River on 31 OCT 1966. Williams was the most decorated enlisted man in USN history. Signed FDC. Good condition with normal signs of age.
