Condition is fairly good/fair to good - minor bumps/chips/rubs on boards, minor bumps/chips/rubs on spine, no creases, some tears here and there, some pest chew holes as shown in photos, some wear on the corners and edges, clean but some light staining due to moisture, yellowing and a little dry, maybe not looked at very much but just not stored in the best spot, no odours.
