VGT Signed Crown TRIFARI Sterling PAT PEND Rhinestone Brooch A. Philippe Era

Description: For sale is a Vintage Signed Crown Trifari, Sterling Silver, Crystal Rhinestone Cluster Brooch. This piece was well cared for and is in wearable condition. Brooch is marked on the back with three different marks. The piece is marked “Trifari” with a crown over the “T”, “Sterling”, and “PAT PEND.” The PAT PEND mark dates from 1930s to 1955 at which time Alfred Philippe (of Cartier fame) created fine craftsmanship designs for Trifari. Approximate measurements are 1.75” high x 1.25” wide - see photos with tape measure. Not all Trifari is sterling. Comparable brooches during this early Alfred Philippe period sell for hundreds of dollars and are very collectible. Because there is one missing stone that I have captured on the last photo - I’m selling this Sterling Brooch - AS IS. I have looked closely to see if there are other missing stones or were replaced but I can’t guarantee since stones vary in size.
