Unlike the Pierre Shale and Fox Hills Formation material these ammonites are found in spilt concretions and contain a very unique style of Iridescence, with pink, green, and sometimes blue sparkling speckled flashes. To get an idea of the true Iridescence these unique pieces have, please watch the attached video to see the condition/extent of the flashes for each one I will be listing (video coming soon) will always look better in person. These come from a very small privately owned area in South Dakota along the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation, The site/source is no longer accessible nor is there a similar one like this in the region.
