Description: Up for sale is an early 1900's Republic of France Flag holder. This piece made out of thick tin and wood. Letters and design are embossed. Very unusual. These pieces were hung on buildings in France. Large flags were placed in back thru the wooden holders. Up to five flags could be presented. Item has a lot of patina.
