Description: Venusaur Base Set #015/102 Holo Rare Heavy Play (read first!) This card looks like it has either heat or water damage. the front surface has a wrinkle as if the middle of the card started to come apart from the backing. this flaw stands out across the card and is roughly 1/8 of an inch wide. there are also several small creases or bends that show up on front and back. the card in the photo is the actual card, however the scanner does not show the extent of the wrinkled ridge across the mouth area from side to side of the card. please know this card is damaged / heavily played.
