Description: VENTURA V-1586 CLASSICAL GUITAR. This Vintage Guitar was designed in the U.S.A. and Hand made in Japan in the early 80's and its in Nice Condition. This Ventura V-1586 Classical guitar has a Solid Spruce Top", a "Select Quilted Burled Mahogany" Back & Sides and a Nice Hi Gloss Finish. it was Handmade in Japan. This is a nice example of Hi quality Japanese manufacturing from the late 1970s-80s. This is the era when Japan began to make guitars better than the Big Companies of similar build & Higher Quality. It has Beautiful Intonation with a warm, pure sound that only comes from "Select Antique Burled Mahogany" matched with Spruce. The neck is straight, the action is good, 1/16th" at the 1st Fret and 3/16th" at the 12th Fret. It has very clear, precise notes and warm, intimate chords with a good balanced sound from Bass to Trebles exclusive to Burled Mahogany. It comes with a Rosewood Fret Board with some light wear, Ebony Binding front & back, an Inlaid Rosette, Chrome Tuners & Pearl Knobs. The Fret scale length measures 25.5" inch long from Nut to Bridge saddle. It plays out with a Beautiful balanced range of notes! It has a few small marks & 3 small finish cracks on the top soundboard, its lowered $300. Overall it is in Nice condition! It is a good player with a sweet tone and a Beautiful Shiny Hi Gloss Finish!
