Title pages with signatures of H. H. A. Wentzel (Hermann Wentzel, an important Berlin architect, 1820-1889). All edges gilded and with gauffering and small impressed red rosettes, quite fancy gauffered edges. Texts and plates very good, a little age toned & tanned. Each volume with 100 pp. of text and 48 engraved plates, a few of which are in color or tinted, mainly of decorative arts, interior design, architectural interiors, furniture and objects, many designed by Teirich himself, others by Storck, Alois Hauser and other notables. Lovely bindings and with fine provenance. Very good.
