However, under Black Light they charge and react with a "glowing" ambient light in the dark. These powders require a UV/Black Light in order to be seen in the dark; they DO NOT GLOW in the dark. Royal Blue during day reacts back Blue. Dark Grass Green during day reacts back a Neon Green. Orange reacts back a Burnt Orange. Red reacts back a Neon Orange/Red. Yellow reacts back a Neon Yellow. What color is this exactly? Think School Bus Yellow, Stop-Light Yellow, or Crayon Yellow. This color will react a brighter Yellow under a UV Black Light. Need something more Neon bright? Look under our Chartreuse. White reacts back a bright Off-White/Light Blue. Chartreuse reacts back a Neon Yellow-Green. What color is this exactly?
