Description: One of Hiroshige Ando's works, 100 Famous Views of Edo. This is a print by Eikichi Uoya, a ukiyo-e publisher from the late Edo period. This is a picture looking towards Edo Castle from Ichikoku Bridge in Nihonbashi. It was called Yatsumi Bridge because you could see eight bridges from Ikkoku Bridge. Hiroshige drew the direction of Dosanbori using his signature method, using willow trees and the railings of the Ikkoku Bridge as frames. The bridge in the center is Zenibashi, and behind it is a daimyo mansion, Edo Castle, and Mt. Fuji beautifully arranged.
