She was recommissioned in 1968 for Vietnam War service and was deployed from September 1968 to April 1969. This fine fighting vessel is now open to the public in Camden, NJ across the Delaware River from downtown Philadelphia. In 2024 she was moved to Philadelphia for renovations.
