Consists of two personalized brass plates (3" x 2" and 2.5" x .75") and a larger brass plate (10" x 3.75") showing the ship's silhouette all mounted on a block of deck teak (15" x 4.5" x 1") from the storied Battleship (now a floating museum in New Jersey). Overall, the plaque is in very good antique condition (note the small dings and scratches on the ship's brass plate, as shown in pic #4).
