Description: This is a 3 piece size small men’s WWII vintage US Navy crackerjack wool uniform- bell flared pants ( 28” waist, 30” inseam), jumper ( top with flap- piping and stars) 20” armpit to armpit, and wool hat. The hat is labeled “ The Berkshire” “ Berkshire Caps”. Jumper is labeled “Eagle Military Shop Philadelphia Pa”. The top has the patch for Petty Officer First Class with Fire Technicians on the arm and the name of the seamen is embroidered inside the back. The top also has classic ‘Liberty embroidery’ inside the back of the jumper (see photo). The inside of the cuffs remain unadorned, but the pants have matching embroidery on the inside of the front flap. (See photos). The uniform is in very nice condition. The only flaw is a missing button on the front flap. If I can find one prior to sale I will put it in place .
