Description: This is a World War Two USGI barrel assembly from an M1 carbine. As shown by the roll-stamp on the barrel, this is an Inland Manufacturing Division General Motors barrel manufactured in April 1943. The front sight and barrel band/sling attaching-ring, as shown in the photos, are included. No other parts than those shown in the photos are included. The bore on the chamber side shows virtually no wear. On the muzzle end, there is some wear; please see the photos with the measuring gauge. Many parts on firearms should be fitted to a specific firearm by a qualified gunsmith. Please check with a gunsmith about any intended uses you may have for this barrel.
