These are EXACTLY the same as the one used in the military and made with the same materials and design but does not display the contract number or the NSN number on the label. This is because the contractors are not allowed to sell blankets with the NSN and contract number to civilians at the moment so these were taken off the label. There is NO difference between this and the military poncho liner except for the label and therefore is considered USGI in the surplus market. These were produced and manufactured by a US GOVERNMENT CONTRACTOR. This is not a mock, reproduction, or GI style liner. Purchase with confidence! You can search up the contractor name on the label in the registry and find their contract number. RARE to find in brand new condition! MADE IN USA! Size: 58 inches by 83 inches. (These were measured by hand so it might be off by about an inch at most) Quilted design with rip stock material and attachments. It can be used a blanket or a layer underneath your poncho. It does not have hand cut outs, it is supposed to be wrapped around you. Perfect for hiking, camping, or long hunting trips.
