Description: I have a USED - Blue - 1" to 1 1/8" Conversion Headset for sale. I bought this on 5/8/24. I'm selling it because I'm simply changing the style and color. This is an excellent product that makes switching from a 1" threaded fork to a 1 1/8" threadless fork possible. Photo #2 shows it installed on an "Old School" 26" Cruiser. My bike has a 1" headtube. The bike is powder coated candy blue. You can see that the Blue color of the headset matches pretty close to the candy blue. Please, refer to the photos for condition. There are some scratches on the inside of the bearing races where the bearing comes into contact with the race. The star nut is new. This headset will allow you run a 1 1/8" threadless fork in your 1" headtube. A machinist took a 1 1/8" headset and machined down the diameter of the 2 bearing headtube races to fit into a 1" headtube. It is the only modification done to a 1 1/8" headset so, this headset works flawlessly with a 1 1/8" threadless fork. You must measure the inner diameter of YOUR headtube. If it measures 32.7mm you can use this headset. Please, ask any questions. I'll be happy to answer them.
