Comes in zip up, case with cleaning rod ,Cecilia polishing cloth is my first time in tuning grease, pair of white gloves. I I have some nicks and scratches on the chrome and the case has two zippers one of them is missing the tab, but no problem zipping up the case and closing it completely. No problems with the track or anything. The tab is broken off of the outside zipper pocket for the cloth compartment as well. Track works but missing zipper tab. Very nice to get somebody started buy one used avoid paying rental costs Will be shipped out fast and safe in 24 hours or less
