Description: This is my Scout Knife. It has a Puukko style blade but with a full tang handle and a regular sabre grind. It includes a cowhide sheath. This one has a Kindjal type tip. These knives are made for hard use. I make the blades the handles and the sheaths myself. They are not stainless. They are carbon steel and thus, will stain and need to be oiled and maintained. However, they will hold an edge better than most types of stainless steel. I make the blades one or two at a time, hand-grind and carefully temper them. This knife, like all my knives, comes with a cowhide sheath that is stitched by hand with a true saddle stitch. These are old-school, tough-as-nails knives. No frills, no nonsense.
