They were done for the National Flag Foundation in a special limited edition full color set. Each cover is cancelled on the Flag anniversary of June 14, 1977 in the City of the State most directly related. The stamps used were from the Bicentennial Flag series of Scott # 1345-1354 and paired with the Independence Hall issue #1622 Thank you for shopping with us! SHIPPING POLICY - WE COMBINE SHIPPING!
