The books that I sell were personally sent to CGC by me in the last two years unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means that I Guarantee that these are all new, and no other hands have touched them outside of CGC and myself. If something is wrong with it I take that as 100% on me and no one else. EBay can be the wild wild west for comic book selling, so I'm trying to remove that factor of it. I stand behind my slabs, and shipping you exactly what you paid for. My Pressed books Am I pro at cleaning and pressing? No. With just over 1000 books pressed I'm getting decent at it. Some of the older and lower grade books that I have pressed/cleaned have deeper indents that I was not proficient at removing. So there may be some hidden gems with protentional. Crack, Press, and regrade at your own risk. How I Ship Slabs I have shipped over 200 slabs in the last 2 years and have refined my process for shipping. I have only had three books that received damage in transit. After each I worked with the buyer to cover the reslab costs and to document what in the process failed that I could do better. When I ship your slab I will add additional sidewall support for the box. I alternate the direction of my bubble wrap with three layers. Each layer has additional 6" x 12" cut of bubble wrap placed at the ends to create an air buffer between the layers of bubble wrap. I use the larger 1095 Priority Mailer, with a tamper sticker placed over the flap. For extra measure I put a strip of packing tape over the sticker and flap. If that has been cut and more tape put over it I would contact your Post office, because someone has tampered with your mail! After I hand your package to the post office clerk I will message you with the confirmation receipt I get. I will also include a picture of your slab with the USPS shipping Label prior to packaging it. This way you know that when I shipped the book that there is no chipping, or cracking on the slab. If Issues Arise No matter how much I try to make sure that these get to you in the same condition that I show in my listings, sometimes "acts of god" happen. If the package arrives and looks like it has been damaged, please take pictures of the box before opening it. I will need a full picture of the slab showing the damage and the CGC serial number at the top in the same frame. This helps to rule out any issues on both sides and gets the refund process going. If the purchase price is greater then $120, I will ask that you return the book and I will refund you the full amount. For those purchases under $120 I will refund you the cost for reholdering the book with CGC plus half the ship cost to and from CGC. In the event that the package and slab/book have been competely mangled, I will issue you a complete refund. In order to issue that refund I will need you to ship me back the item and packaging at my expense, so I can file a claim with USPS.
