This proposed Amendment to the Constitution relates to the Supreme Court. Page 3 has a letter from General McGillivray, leader of the Creek Indians, dated at "Little Tallasee". The back page has most of a column taken up with three Acts of Congress, each signed in type by George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson. The first is: "An ACT giving Effect to the Laws of the United States within the State of Vermont." The top of the back page has an ad for: "Manuel Noah, , Broker..." a noted Jewish financier.
