Description: New WIX universal inline fuel filter. This is a anti-vapor lock style filter, which has a return with an orifice inside. Although this doesn't solve all vapor lock issues, this resolves most of the vapor lock issues caused by excessive heat under the hood as well as the 10% ethanol in the current gasoline. This has a 5/16" fuel inlet (from tank), 5/16" fuel outlet (to carburetor) and a 1/4" vapor line (to tank vent return). These were used back in the 60's and 70's to prevent vapor lock. This is for carbureted applications only! This should not be used with E85 (85% Ethenaol) applications.
