Description: United States Maritime Service officer's overcoat. Navy Blue wool. Coat is in very good condition, please see pictures. Measurements are approximate. They are 40" at chest, 23 1/2" sleeve length from shoulder to cuff and the length is 44" from collar to hem. There isn't a size tag in the coat. My son tried it on and he weighs 135 and is 5'2". It fit him well without being overly tight.
