Description: I already sold the smaller finished valance but that buyer didn't sew to be able to finish it. This is a classic example of French Country and there is an ample amount to make a rod pocket valance or cornice piece. I photographed it above. It may be mitigated with a tide pen but there is so much fabric I don't think it is a major issue. This comes from a non-smoker home. This is an unfinished item being sold as such and as is.
