Items are sold as is and returns/adjustments are only accepted when there was an error on my part. I reuse and recycle as much of my shipping materials as possible. Items are sent using United States Postal Service First Class, Priority or Media Mail services. They are weighed again prior to shipping; If I can get you a cheaper shipping rate after the item is sealed, packaged and ready for shipping, I will do that. The difference will be promptly refunded to the buyer. Should you find and want to purchase other items I have for sale, I'm always happy to combine shipping.
