Awesome logos and the sheet is intact, never been used. Instructions for helmet application and team details on the back. There is some slight separation of the helmet stripes on one side, but this was done to make them easier to remove for application. A must for the obscure NFL collector and would look amazing in a frame for your game room. This sheet came out of a storage room in an old Toledo, Ohio ice cream store.
