But when I experienced Nathan Drake going through is attic on Uncharted 4, just going trough every item that he collected during is adventures, I decided that I wanted to recreate every item that we owns. So that thought led me in to make his Journal from his first adventures on the ps3. This is a real size journal, just like the one Nathan Drake used in his adventures. This journal is 21 cm (8.27 ") high and 15 cm wide (6 "). In this journal you can see all the pages showned in the game, that helped Drake discover the El Dorado. The drawings are hand made, with the right color pencil and pen, to achieve a closer look, just like the ones we see in the game. Besides the drawings, you can also find the map and the picture of Drake, Sully and Elena with the treasure they retrieve from their first adventure together. All the pages were aged, with the technic of coffee, to give the old look to all the pages. The bullet hole was created by a soldering iron and the bullter itself was 3d printed and smashed against the journal, making it the right shape as the one shot against sully. The cover of the journal is painted with two different colors, the gold and the brownish red. Keeping the same theme of "old book" I used a sandpaper on the cover just to scratch a bit the surface removing some red paint, and doing so, the gold color could be visible. This method really brings the whole journal together, making this replica really stand out. The final detail is the Francis Drake insignia, which was 3D model, printed and glued on the journal cover.
