Description: For sale is one copy of The Uncanny X-men #135, published by Marvel Comics in 1980, by Chris Claremont, John Byrne and Terry Austin. I purchased this issue upon its initial release, read it once, and it has been stored bagged and boarded in a clean, conditioned, smoke-free environment ever since. This issue is notable as the second appearance of Jean Grey as Dark Phoenix, and the first appearance of Senator Robert Kelly. Before purchasing, please look at the photographs and judge condition of the comic for yourself, as I've tried to highlight all surfaces. I'm not a professional grader, so my opinion is just an opinion, but to my untrained eye, this comic appears to fall somewhere around the NM- range of condition. Note, also, that this comic has not been pressed, so there is absolutely room for condition improvement in the right hands. I ship with care!!!
