Peguila here is a vinyl model figure produced way back in the late 1980’s by Mermaid Models of Japan. And this fine figure comes with its original decorated box and illustrated instruction sheet. Peguila has been archivally assembled, with the figure weighted within for balance and stability, then seamlessly constructed for durability. He’s also fabulously finished in film accurate colors just as you see him here. Mermaid’s monster stands 11 ½” tall x 10” wide x 8” deep, including his outstretched tail. And he sure looks great displayed along with his vintage Mermaid box (which is in excellent shape). True figure model history, this crazy Kaiju kit has been long lost in the garage kit graveyard, and is rarely found today – in any condition.
