I would guess ammo or document, or maybe general purpose (other than those I saw). Has no D-rings, just one carry handle up top. When puffed out, it will measure about 12” by 10” by 3”. Ink stamp is too faded to read. Handy pouch for a lot of things. Have more WWII and Vietnam surplus for sale.
