U. S. Army Military Police Officers Collar Insignia

Description: These are new old stock U. S. Army military police officers collar insignia. They date back to the late 70's- early 80's. They were manufactured by N. S. Meyer in the USA. Each pair comes on its original card of issue. They measure approximately 1-5/16 inches wide by 3/4 of an inch in height. They have prong and clutch attachment system. As previously stated, these are new old stock and may show some signs of long-term storage. Most of the collar insignia are mint to almost mint condition, but some of the cards may have creases, scuffs, or bent corners. The company started out in Washington, D.C. as early as 1868 under the name S. N. Meyer (Simon N. Meyer). Simon Meyer was Nathan Meyer's father. Records indicate that N. S. Meyer (Nathan S. Meyer) was in business, in New York, from 1906 to 2000. In 2000, So... it appears that Nathan moved to New York and set up shop there. Vanguard Industries reportedly took the company over in 2000.
