Description: Up for sale 34 Stone Beads from the Pre-Columbian Tyrona (Tairona) Culture (200BCE-1600CE). The beads come in different sizes and shapes, mainly red jaspers, jades and other unidentified stones. Majority have a tubular shape, apart from three that are in a axe like shape. The Beads come from the area of the “Lost City” (Spanish: “Ciudad Perdida”) in the region of Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. The Beads come from my private collection and was brought from the area of the Ciudad Perdida, Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in 1989. Dimensions: please see photos Weight (w/o package): 55 gr. Condition: one is broken in to two pieces; three are only part of a complete bead, the rest are in very good condition for their age.
