The brake wheel and couplers are present. It has all of its steps. It has very nice graphics and great color. Wheels show wear. Original Red Box Tyco part number was T311x:249. Please zoom in on pictures to see overall condition. PLEASE NOTE THE SMEARED PAINT ON THE ONE SIDE. It appears to be the same factory paint.
