This should read 'REG. NO. PA.', with a period after 'NO'. This TY Beanie Baby is a wonderful addition to any collection. This bear is from the 1999 collection, making it a great find for collectors looking for a specific year. More Rarities include: The Tush Tag bottom line has 1965(KR) which means this was part of Korean market. Extra space is added, causing a punctuation error at the end of the poem between SHOWER and "!", the exclamation mark.
