Two DAVE VAN RONK LP's -- Self-Titled + SONGS FOR AGEING CHILDREN

Description: This lot contains two 12-inch 33 rpm LP's by Dave van Ronk. In the order shown in the pictures, they are: Cadet # CA-50044 - "Songs for Ageing Children" (labeled as "Let the Feeling Talk to You"), dated 1973. Polydor # 24-4052 - "Van Ronk", undated, but recorded in 1970 and 1971. They are both still nice and shiny, but with some visible surface scuffs and scratches. On my Audio-Technica turntable, they both play through with mostly light to negligible background noise, but with some occasional pops or clicks or light ticking, and, unfortunately, with three of four forward jumps (no repeats) on both records. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well they will play on your equipment. The "Songs for Ageing Children" cover has intact seams and just typical light surface rubbing and edge wear. The "Van Ronk" cover is partially split at the bottom seam, and has some staining and slight paper loss along the top edge and more noticeable surface and edge wear. It also has a sticker on the front and it has been clipped at the upper right corner. They both come with their respective comp[any inner sleeves.
