Offered for sale is this pair of charming early 19th century pearlware handleless cups printed with Chinese inspired Qilong dragons (aka Lucky Water Dragons) on a stippled background. Maker not identified. Early 19th century. No maker's mark. One cup is 3 5/8 inches wide wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. One cup is 3 3/4 inches wide by 2 1/4 inches tall. The two cups weigh 8 oz (shipping weight 1 lb). Condition: One cup is in very good condition. The other cup has two rim chips with associated hairlines, plus some foot rim chips, as shown.
