Description: Two affectionate mechanics by their cars gay photo collection 4" x 4" 1930s Brand new. Damaged photo that has been digitally repaired and professionally re-printed on photo stock. Digital Reprint From a family estate of a gentleman's collection of gay and male related photographs and ephemera. Most items are from the early to mid 20th century and includes loose photographs as well as some pictures that were cut by the owner from an antique photo album. A blue collar men picture, this 4x4" snapshot is from the 1930s. Two men in jeans, one in a white t-shirt. They look to be handling some sort of car part while having an up-close and "secret" conversation between the two. The picture looks to have been made at a garage and we can see plenty of oil spots on the pavement around them. In the background is a black Model-A Ford of some kindI think it's a sedan from the tail end of the 1920s. The young man on the left has his foot resting on the bumper of a newer car from some time in the 1930s. This one took quite a bit of work to clear up the pavement and the car in the background. If there's enough response to this image, I may try posting a colorized version of the same image. Note that because of the enlargement from my scanner, the image shown here is slightly more blurry that the print you will receive. Please note that inclusion in this gentleman's collection does not imply that the people in the photo are gay or bi. Perhaps someone in the photo was a friend, or maybe he just picked up the picture somewhere for his collection.
