Description: This top rack is parted out from the full Tusk Top Rack + Pannier Rack set which I bought. Unfortunately they don’t sell it without the top rack, which I already had. So I pulled this rack and all the required hardware from the kit. This rack is NEW, has never been mounted. That said, it does not come in the original packaging since the original packaging also included the pannier rack which went on my bike. I will include the original instructions.
