This could be used as the Deviled Egg Keeper--egg insert trays not included but many ebay sellers have them available. (The base has the #723-1, I can't read the lid# it's too small, there's no date on it as to the year it came out). This does Not say it is dishwasher & microwave safe, so I would suggest no microwaving & hand wash only--or do so at your own risk.Mini Guide To Tupperware: Freezer Safe: There's a Snowflake on the bottom; Microwave Safe: There's a symbol of 3 to 5 Wavy Lines--can also check for #2, #4 or #5 they denote microwave safe plastics (#3, #6 & #7 plastics are Not microwave safe): Dishwasher Safe: Most all Tupperware made/purchased 1979 or after should be dishwasher safe--it will either say "Dishwasher Safe" -or- have a symbol that looks like a square box w/some plates/glasses inside of it w/some lines or dots that represent water; Oven Safe: Plastics including Tupperware are Not Oven Safe; some glass Tupperware may be put in the oven without the lids but check the bottom to be sure it denotes it's 'oven safe' before doing so; Vintage Tupperware: will usually have the name "Tupperware" stamped on the bottom of the container along with a two-part number stamped on the item; Recyclable Tupperware: it's recyclable if there's a triangle on it - the triangle will contain a # from 1 to 7 - #1 & #2 are recyclable, #3 to #6 may be able to be recycled, #7 is not.. ...Hope you found this helpful!
